Your primary mission as a Business/Requirements Analyst for Working Assets/Credo Mobile in downtown San Francisco will be to help define, analyze, and manage software development and configuration projects for our billing and customer care systems in a .NET framework. As the liaison between internal project sponsors and our software developers, it’s imperative that you are comfortable being highly analytical and translating business needs into functional software solutions. Your success with managing a project’s full lifecycle will be necessary as you handle business analysis, implementation, and quality assurance. Utilize your experience with quality assurance including test plan development, execution, integration, and user acceptance testing. In addition to projects for application enhancements and system improvements, you will have the opportunity to participate in high level design reviews, work on user-interface web applications for our customers, and implement fresh technologies.
