Account Liaison (Minneapolis)

Northland Group seeks an Account Liaison to assist with the development of relationships with our VIP client base. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting daily account activity to the assigned client and to the Client Services manager. The Account Liaison will also document and track client data, analyze data and create spread sheets and graphs in Excel. The Account Liaison will be able to professionally communicate this information on a daily basis over the phone and in person during site visits. The ability to establish a long term business relationship built on trust and accountability is a must. Some travel may be required.

The candidate we seek will be professional, outgoing, analytical and detail oriented. Expertise in Excel is a must, as is the ability to work with all Microsoft products. Additional requirements include the ability to use good judgment, prioritize and participate actively on a strong team. A minimum of two years of prior experience in an office environment is a must. An associate degree in business or marketing is helpful but not required.
