Widgetbox provides a gallery of web widgets and a widget platform used by tens of millions of users each month. We are looking for great web developers to join our team focused on widgets, social applications, and large scale content distribution across the internet. We currently have an open positions for a senior and lead web developers. If you are excited about the latest developments in web technologies, open social, and the facebook platform and have experience building widgets, social apps or integrating systems with JavaScript or XML, please apply . The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years experience developing production software, enjoy a collaborative agile development environment, love problem solving, and be natural at providing both technical leadership and project management. We are a Java shop, so Java is a big plus for this position, but the main technical requirement is experience with current web technologies like JSON, XML, F8, gadgets, widgets. This isn’t a position building widgets, it’s a position building the platform for thousands of developers and millions of users to share content and communicate on the web.
