Senior Asset Management Consultant (Los Angeles)

Compensation: $90k - 150k

Headway Corporate Resources is looking for a Senior Asset Management Consultant to work at an international environmental professional services company in Irvine, CA.

Job Duties:
Project team management.
Review client asset management activities and prepare improvement strategies.
Assessment of asset management information systems and clients needs.
Asset valuations and reevaluations and asset condition assessments.
Expenditure planning and optimization techniques.
Asset management consulting across a wide range of asset and industry types.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously as well as remaining a ‘team player’ whilst working on your own will be highly regarded.
The growth and development of the successful applicants asset management skills and knowledge will enable the servicing of clients not only within the USA but worldwide across the growing network of offices and clients.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
A minimum of 7 years of experience
Applicants will come from a similar consulting background
A high level of analytical skills, strong communication skills(both oral and written), and self-motivated with string customer service ethics.
Up to 40% travel.

Pay will commensurate with experience. Relocation will be provided for the right candidate.
