The Philadelphia Department of Revenue seeks an undergraduate or graduate student intern.

The Public Policy Intern would contribute to the success of the Department by providing research, communications, and analytical support to the Director of Policy, Planning and Outreach. Areas of work would include tax policy and regulations, economic development and the utility industry. Responsibilities would include best practices research about other jurisdictions, monitoring and analysis of relevant legislation, and drafting, editing, and proofreading informational publications for stakeholders.

The Department of Revenue works to promptly, courteously, and efficiently collect water, sewer, and tax revenues due to the City of Philadelphia and the School District of Philadelphia, in order to provide the resources necessary to deliver services to Philadelphians.
