The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently. The following experience is not necessary but is a PLUS: Experience in sales and business development. This is a position that will require you to generate leads, network within the community, have face-to-face interaction with residential property owners, business owners, property managers, and HOA boards, as well as conducting presentations and providing proposals and upholding a success ratio in closing, while maintaining a HIGH level of customer satisfaction. This position offers rewarding compensation including a base salary plus commission/bonus, gas reimbursement, cell phone, and flexible work schedule.
